(Florida) Is there some new laws in regards to timeshare resales?
I know there were many shady companies out there and that a new law came into effect this year. Was this law passed to prevent us owners from being scammed? What is the new law and can I get a link to read about it. However, I have tried Google and can’t find anything.
If you are talking about HB 61, it’s mainly about taxes and setting up a debt-cancellation service for owners who buy and then cannot pay due to loss of job.
